Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. You may mail in a check with the order form. Sorry, C.O.D. is not available. We offer open accounts to schools and government entities upon request.

Open Accounts
Open accounts are on Net 30 day terms. An authorized official from the organization must approve the order and guarantee payment, including shipping costs for all orders. If your school uses purchase orders, please have the purchase order number ready when you place your order. For your protection and ours, we may ask that you confirm your order in writing. After 30 days a 1½% monthly service charge may be applied to all past due balances.

Other Terms
Please remit all funds in U.S dollars. A $30 fee will be applied to returned checks. All credit balances not used or claimed within 90 days of invoicing become the property of American Prom.

Prices-Sales Tax
A 7% sales tax must be included for orders delivered in Indiana. New Jersey residents must include 7% sales tax. (If tax exempt, include tax exemption certificate.)

Returns
Fill out the return form and include with items being returned. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges, less a 15% handling charge. Personalized items and apparel may not be returned. Returns outside of the U.S., mark on box “U.S. goods being returned.”

Catalog Requests
We want to mail our catalogs only to those who enjoy them. If you do not wish to receive our catalogs any longer, please send us your name and your address. If you have friends who may want to receive a catalog, please let us know. Click here to request a catalog.

Quantity Increase
Unless notification of quantity increase is received before work has begun on your personalized order, the increase will be considered a separate order and must conform to minimum price and quantity requirements.

Pricing
American Prom strives to provide accurate product and pricing information. Pricing or typographical errors may occur; therefore, American Prom cannot confirm the price of an item until after the order has been placed. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, American Prom has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, American Prom may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Color Matches
We make every effort to coordinate colors but it is impossible to match exact colors in all materials. If a precise match is a must, some samples are available upon request.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
We strive to make every event a magical occasion. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return any items for refund or replacement.
