I draped the gossamer from the vents on the ceiling. It is light weight yet very strong and doesnt wrinkle so it could be really useful for almost anything! I discovered this product because I was decorating for a medieval party on a very tight budget and I was planning on covering the whole ceiling with it but ran out of time. I only used a small amount of it which you can kind of see in the attached pictures.

I have a roll of the "Hollywood" printed gossamer that I used to make a sample cover for a metal folding chair for a graduation party. The chairs at the venue have green stenciled letters on the backs so we needed something dark & thick enough to conceal the letters. The black on the Hollywood gossamer was very dark & worked perfectly, but that is not our theme so I ordered the enough solid black based on the performance of my sample to cover 308 chairs. I was very happy with my ordering experience, but so disappointed when I tried the solid black on the chair. It was so sheer that you can barely tell the color & it definitely will not hide the ugly stencil lettering on the chairs. We will have to double the gossamer & only cover the top back of the chair versus the whole chair like we intended to do. Very versatile product that is easy to work with & easy to sew on sewing machine, but, sadly, not thick enough for our purpose. Also, tape does not stick to it very well.

We used this as a drape to cover our stage and runway for a pageant we did. It is very durable and holds up well. It also layers very easily. I love that it isn't see through. I also love that it is so durable that we were able to save it to be reused again for future pageants if we choose to. I didn't find any fault with this product. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to decorate anything from weddings down to birthday parties. It is really a great product. I will order it again.

Utilized to cover walls in a prom setting, with lights behind it. The theme was a night under the stars, so it concealed all the lights we put up, and as they twinkled, it looked as a night sky.

I purchased this to use in the construction of a backdrop and was disappointed when I first opened it, however, when I began to work with the product it turned out to be just what I needed. The value is great, you can sew it, the wrinkles fall out, which is good because I would not recommend ironing, and it drapes nicely.
I would but this again.
