        The moment we put a candle in, the metal tip got hot. Within minuites it was too hot to touch and we are concerened of what might happen after a couple of hours. Nice design but not too functional as a true candle holder.

          I originally purchased 3 of these items to use on a 12 foot serving table. However, once receiving the items they were not large enough to accomodate the size of the table. So I used one in a flower arrangement and the other 2 on each side of the flower arrangement. By doing this I accomplished a full and elegant display. This product used alone would only be effective on small tables.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
