this was used for a seniors citizen banquet we
wanted to blow up at least 40or 50 balloons but
the tank only gave us 30.

  Yes, this will fit Mylar Balloons: Tank will fill approximately (27) - 18 inch mylar balloons or (20) - 20 inch mylar balloons. The float for each mylar balloon is approximately 4 days.

  Latex Balloons: Tank will fill approximately (50) - 9 inch latex balloons or (27) - 11 inch latex balloons.The float time for each latex balloon is approximately 5-7 hours.
  
  Mylar Balloons: Tank will fill approximately (27) - 18 inch mylar balloons or (20) - 20 inch mylar balloons. The float for each mylar balloon is approximately 4 days.

- A:
  There is really no reason for the helium to become "contaminated", however if the pressure vessels have a date that they expire they must be retested to be certified again.

when it says psi of 260 does that mean it will fill up 260 balloons? if not how many balloons will this tank fill up?
