Prom To Do List

Planning a Prom can make you feel overwhelmed with the enormous task at hand, but don't fret. We're here to help you plan a perfect Prom at a price you can't beat.  Organization is a huge key to pulling the whole thing off, so follow this check list of Prom-planning tasks.  Print it off, and mark off each task as you accomplish it.  This will keep you organized and will help you remember any important Prom details.  Remember, stay organized and HAVE FUN!

6-9 Months Before

• Start your fundraising
• Decide on a Prom theme
• Select a Prom committee and sub-committees
• Establish a budget
• Secure the date

4 Months Before

• Choose a caterer and decide the menu
• Create a guest list
• Book the location
• Book your music - either a band or dj
• Decide on a photographer
• Plan the post-Prom

2-3 Months Before

• Order Prom decorations, invitations, and favors
• Arrange for security
• Organize some chaperones
• Plan the memory book

6 Weeks Before
